Michael is our Auckland based salesperson specialising in commercial projects across the Southern Auckland, Coromandel & Western Bay regions. His primary areas of specialty are; subdivision of bulk land holdings, residential section developments, specialised new housing projects, and highly confidential mid-size business sales or acquisitions.
He initially gained his experience in project & development management delivering financial feasibility, risk management assessment and funding outcomes. He now primarily concentrates on the sales process which he believes has become more complex for nearly all new projects, and much more challenging to deliver.
Michael seeks to work with land owners or development teams from the earliest possible moment to ensure the required sales plan and strategy is developed on a rational basis, is capable of being accepted by funders, and then able to be successfully delivered when needed.
Michael is very much a country boy at heart having lived and worked in both the Waikato and Western Bay of Plenty. He needs little encouragement to escape the city environment and is happy review and assess any potential development.
