Super Gold Card

Ray White’s published national SuperGold offer provides a 10% discount on commission for eligible cardholders who list and sell their residential property through Ray White. Tell our Whitianga team that you hold a SuperGold card before signing an agency agreement, so the offer and its application to your sale can be confirmed in writing.

Request the offer before you sign

The national terms state that the SuperGold cardholder must be one of the property owners. The discount must be requested by the property owner before the agency agreement is signed and noted in that signed agreement. It cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.

Understand the calculation

Ray White describes the discount as 10% of the individual agency’s gross normal standard commission. Ask your salesperson to show the commission calculation and discount in the written proposal, explain GST and identify marketing or other charges separately. A commission discount does not, by itself, describe the full cost of the campaign.
